Due to the nature of the instant digital download, no returns or exchanges are accepted on digital items. But please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any assistance with your order.
Because printed & shipped items are made to order, we only allow returns or exchanges for orders that arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges can only be made for a replacement of the same item.
Return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the product delivery. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours.
If approved for a return, you will be refunded the full order amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. You do not need to return the defective item.
If approved for an exchange, you do not need to return the defective item. Replacement items are shipped free and subject to the same processing and shipping times as outlined in our shipping policy.
There are no returns or exchanges for orders with mistakes out of our control (if your order the wrong size, input the wrong shipping address, etc.). Our items are printed on demand, so we do not have extras to send out in cases of customer error.
Please carefully review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any errors. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details after your purchase. If you notice any discrepancies in your order at that time, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to see if a change can be made. **Changes are not guaranteed**
