DIGITAL ITEMS (PRINTABLE ART)

Due to the nature of the instant digital download, no returns or exchanges are accepted on digital items. But please contact us if you need any assistance with your order.

SHIPPED ITEMS (PRINTED + SHIPPED ART, PHONE CASES)

Because printed & shipped items are made to order, we only allow returns or exchanges for orders that arrive damaged or defective. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a return or exchange will be given. Return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the product delivery.

There are no returns or exchanges for orders with mistakes out of our control (if your order the wrong size, input the wrong shipping address, etc.). Our items are printed on demand, so we do not have extras to send out in cases of customer error. 

Please carefully review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any errors. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details after your purchase. If you notice any discrepancies in your order at that time, please contact us immediately to see if a change can be made. **Changes are not guaranteed**

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST **SHIPPED ITEMS ONLY**

If you received a damage or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of product delivery using the contact form or by sending an email to hello@sundrysociety.com. We do our best to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours. We may request photos from you to provide proof of the damaged/defective item.

REQUEST THROUGH CONTACT FORM

If requesting through the contact form, please select "return/exchange" from the "reason for contacting us" drop down menu. Include as much detail as possible, including your full nameorder number.

REQUEST THROUGH EMAIL

If requesting through email, please clearly title your email "Return/Exchange Request". Include as much detail as possible, including your full name and order number
